The ‘Discover China’ worldwide promotional campaign lasting three weeks for English and other foreign language books from Chinese publishers is now being held at more than 200 travel retail stores located in United States, Canada, France, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Romania, Czech Republic, Poland, United Emirates and other countries and regions.
It is the second time this jointly organized campaign by Shanghai Press & Publishing Development Company and LS travel retail CHINA is held, and in 2012 it covers 204 book stores in 16 countries and regions including RELAY and Inmedio stores in Paris CDG airport, New York JFK airport, Frankfurt airport, Geneva airport, Madrid Barajas airport, Sydney airport and Singapore Changi airport.
More than 200 titles and 84, 000 copies of books from Beijing and Shanghai will be available for readers all over the world to celebrate the Chinese New Year of Dragon. These books cover Chinese history, literature, design, language study and children’s books, including , , . Most books are in English language, some other books are in French, Spanish and German languages.
