Professional background: A Franco-Canadian citizen, Emmanuel joined Lagardère Services in 1996, working first in the group's Canadian press distribution subsidiary, followed by a period leading the retail division in Romania before becoming an Executive Vice President of the group in 2007.
Appointed COO of Lagardere Services in charge of the Asia Pacific in 2010, Emmanuel de Place is based in Singapore where he manages and develops the Asian businesses and supervises the Pacific area. |

Professional background: Having started his career in an advertising agency, Frédéric RENAULT joined the LAGARDERE Group in 1979 as Personnel Manager of the HACHETTE book distribution activity, then as Director of Human Relations of the Group Central Services. He moved
to Lagardère Services in 1986 as Director of Human Resources and Communication of Relay France. While continuing in this function, he has been the Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Communication of Lagardère Services since 1995.

Professional background: A Norwegian citizen graduated from the French ESSEC Business School, Dag Rasmussen joined LAGARDERE SERVICES in 1988 as an International Business and Financial Controller.
In 1991, he was promoted as the Finance and Organization Director at Press Shop, Brussels, then joined AMP, the Belgian press distribution company of the Group, before becoming its General Manager in 1996.
In 1999, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer of LAGARDERE SERVICES.
In this capacity, he supervised the companies of the Group located in northern and central Europe, and more recently, in the rest of Europe and in North America.
In 2011, he became the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Lagardère Services.

Professional background: Vincent Romet previously worked as Sales Manager and Export Director for major international companies including Solvay and CFAO from 1989 to 1997, when he joined Relay France as Director of the Airports network, before becoming Sales Director in 2000.
In 2005, he became Deputy Director for the LS Central and Northern Europe. In 2007, he joined SSP as Managing Director for France and Belgium. He ten became CEO of Point.P Travaux Publics in 2009. |

Professional background: Jean-Baptiste Morin joined the Group in 1990.
He came to the head office as International Financial Controller following a year spent in Canada.
In 1994, he moved to Austria to lead the Vienna office before returning to France in 1997 to oversee development of a number of Central European subsidiaries.
In 2000, he took the reins of the Hungarian Press Distribution and Retail firm Lapker, based in Budapest. In 2004, he was assigned to Toronto, Canada, as CEO of HDS RNA, the Group's North American Retail subsidiary.
He returned to Paris in 2007 as President of Aelia.

Professional background: Luc joined LMPI in Montreal in 1991. In 1994, he joined LS Head Office in Paris as International Financial Controller, and was mainly responsible for monitoring the retail activities of HDS in North America, and duty free activities in France and in Mexico. In 1996, he was appointed Director of the Financial Control Department, then Financial Director of HDS RNA.
Late 1999, he became Chief Financial Officer of the Duty Free activities of LS (AELIA Group).
Mid-2006 he moved to Sydney to join LS Asia Pacific as General Manager - Australia. He came back in Europe end of 2009 to take over the General Manager position of Naville Détail in Switzerland.
